• Miguel Angel Rivera Otero, 31, 44 Lincoln St., Lowell; warrant, operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, obstructed/nontransparent window.

• James Holmes, 37, 77 Pinehill Road, Nashua, N.H.; warrant.

• Corey Portin, 29, 193 Middlesex St., Lowell; warrants (breaking and entering building at nighttime, failure to appear for breaking and entering building at nighttime).

• Sean Horan, 26, 241 Broadway Road, Unit 53, Dracut; warrants (failure to appear for shoplifting, leaving scene of property damage accident).

• Adelsa Veiga, 41, 219 Jackson St., Apt. 407, Lowell; warrants (failure to pay fine for trespassing and assault and battery with dangerous weapon).

• Michael Njoroge, 44, 22 Exeter St., Lowell; operation under influence of alcohol, operate to endanger, marked lanes violation, operating motor vehicle without license, open container of liquor in motor vehicle.

• Kristin Cavanaugh, 40, 193 Middlesex St., Lowell; breaking and entering at nighttime to vehicle/ship/building to commit felony, larceny in building.

• Skyla Nieves, 22, homeless; warrants (two counts of trespass).

• Liana Santiago-Frechette, 28, homeless; warrants (failure to appear for assault and battery on police officer and assault and battery with dangerous weapon).

• Mark Carnazzo, 54, 236 Rogers St., No. 1, Lowell; warrant (assault and battery with dangerous weapon).

• James Donahue, 60, 199 Market St., Lowell; public drinking.

• Thomas McGrath, 31, 561 Westford St., Lowell; warrant, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

• David Lacoy, 40, 169 Bernhardt Road, Ashby; warrant (abuse prevention order).

• Garrett Sullivan, 24, 71 Jackson St., Apt. 603, Lowell; warrant (operation of motor vehicle).

• Crystal Normandin, 32, 105 Mammoth Road, First Floor, Rear, Lowell; receive/buy/possession/conceal stolen motor vehicle, possession of Class B drug.

• Darmalieth Dubon, 21, 196 Roger St., Lowell; disorderly conduct, breaking and entering at night with intent to commit misdemeanor.

• Phillip Mawanda Kimera, 23, Chamberlain Road, Westford; assault and battery on police officer, operation under influence of drugs, leaving scene of property damage accident, negligent operation of motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, disturbing peace, vandalizing property.
